¶ Claiming free Trojan-Archer with 7-day VIP.
You will need a Discord account, a verified phone linked to your Discord and in-game account with 1 free character slot.
Simply go to Primal Conquer Discord by clicking here (you will be redirected to a ticket channel)

Primal Conquer Staff typically respond within 6 hours.
¶ Read below before submitting a ticket if you only want claim 7-day VIP.
You need to be eligible for a 7-day Free VIP. Which means you need to claim the VIP within 1 month from the day you started, this is a one time offer only or your request will be denied straight away with no hesistation.
Make sure you request the VIP on the character you want it on (for instance an archer is a good choice to use it on).
If you already have claimed VIP and request more than once on a different character and account you will be given a verbal warning and infraction to your account.
We will not transfer free VIP after you have requested it on the wrong character
Returning players can request for a 3-day VIP (not been playing on the server for at least 3 months).
¶ Submit a ticket
Look at the red rectangle around in the picture below, on the bottom right corner of the client you should see a word "Message" box, click on that and a small message board should pop up on the middle of the client screen.
Secondly, once that interface pops up you will then need to click on "Others" tab, this is where you will submit a ticket. If you submit a ticket anywhere else but Others the staff team will not get a notifcation for your request.
Thirdly, you will then need to "Write" a ticket saying that you're a new player and you'd like a 7-Day free VIP because you are eligble for it. For example; "I'm a new player, can I get a free 7-Day Free VIP please.". When you have typed out the request ticket click on "Ok". button.
Lastly, when you have submitted a ticket it should look like this as a final result. There also should be a green text on top left of client screen with system message saying you have successfully submitted a ticket.
Don't request the VIP more than once, this will take the request much longer to process

¶ FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
¶ I'm a returning player, I would like a 3-day free VIP.
If you are a returning player, submit a ticket the same way but mention in the message that you are a returning player. For example, "I'm a returning player, can I get a free 3-Day Free VIP please."
¶ How long do I have to wait till I receive the 7-day free VIP?
It should not take longer than 6 hours, if you're lucky maybe less than 15 minutes
¶ How will I know that I've recieved the VIP?
You will get a message on the character you requested VIP with. It should look "You've been granted VIP, Your VIP expires at X/X/XXXX 7:51:21PM" The time expires in server time not local time. If you're still not sure you should see a small VIP icon on the bottom left of your screen. That's when your VIP has been granted.
¶ Will I still get VIP if my character is offline?
Yes you will be given VIP if your character is not online at the time you requested it.
¶ I've waited longer than 6 hours to claim my VIP and I have not yet recieved it, what should I do?
If you have not recieved your VIP on the character it's either because you are not eligble for the VIP or you have already recieved it before already on a different account/character, therefore it was denied with no hesitation.
¶ What will the Free 7 Day VIP benefit me? 
• Automatically reloads your arrows without having to right-click in inventory.
• When you have 10 meteors or 10 dragonballs in your inventory, you can right-click it to automatically pack them.
• Drop notifications and filtering options to choose what you want enabled (True;on or False;off - will completely remove the item drops) when you kill monsters;
> Refined items
> Unique items
> Elite items
> Super items
> +1 Items (Compose)
> Meteors & Dragonballs (Treasure)
> 1 & 2 socket items (Socket)
> Quest items (any quest items involved in doing quests)
> Misc (Emeralds, Sky Tokens etc)
• Repair all gear with just one click without having to take the gear pieces off and repair them manually.
• Store normal gems and all types of +1 items in the StorageNPC (explained [here](https://wiki.primalconquer.com/guides/warehouse-guide#special-warehouseman-storage-npc))
• Remote warehouse (only in the Market)
• Remote compose (can be done anywhere)

¶ I've requested VIP on the wrong character!
If you have requested the free VIP on the wrong character, unfortunately, that's not our problem. You will have to use that VIP on the character you've made a mistake on.
¶ I have 3 days left of VIP, can I have it transferred to another character?
No, we will not transfer or carry over some days left to another character.
